Abstract
This project analyzed TQM tools utilized in the automotive industry, and identified the commonly used methods of "continuous improvement" by the leaders of the automotive industry. The study was designed to present the real-world implementations of TQM philosophy in the automotive industry and the results of adopting continuous improvement in their processes.
