Abstract
The aim of this project is to review the research conducted in the field of human factors in the manufacturing industry so that a prototype strategy for management of the workers during a transition period in manufacturing technology or business method. Managers can use a number of methods related to the human infrastructure of organizations to anticipate and implement new factor technology successfully. These methods include selecting employees with skills needed to handle the new technology, structuring programs to meet increased training needs, and using personnel policies that facilitate automation.
