Abstract
The Portland Aerial Tram is an interesting project that is taking place locally in downtown Portland. We feel that it is a great example to analyze this project in cost, schedule and performance since it is a project that is happening closely to all of us.
This paper generally introduces the background information of the Portland Aerial Tram project and identifies the reason why we choose this project. The problem definition and assumption are provided in this paper to analyze the problems. Major problems of this project are:
• Schedule delayed
• Cost increased
