Abstract
The purpose of my project was to assist Portland Community Reinvestment Initiatives (PCRI) in optimizing their property inspection strategy. PCRI is a non-profit organization located in Northeast Portland that provides affordable housing to individuals with income below 80% of the median family income level. Their portfolio of properties includes 480 single family homes and 9 multi-unit complexes located primarily in North and Northeast Portland as well as the surrounding metropolitan area.
