Abstract
Buying the right house can be a worthy investment as well as a tremendous source of enjoyment and satisfaction. Buying the wrong house however, can be an exercise in frustration that may very well lead to big financial trouble. Of the numerous decisions we make in our lifetimes, very few are as significant as that of selecting a home. From a financial perspective, for most of us, there isn’t much that even approaches the magnitude of this decision.
