Abstract
The project is based on building a general model for fleet management. Our team will analyze cases for the decision-making process in fleet vehicle purchase to verify the model. A hierarchical decision model is developed based on a set of criteria and sub-criteria. Pair-wise comparison methodology is employed to rank the options in order of preference. This will provide the companies with a recommended option for their fleet vehicle choice.
