Abstract
This paper explores the use of methods and technologies that can be effective to improve communication and interactions among cross-cultural virtual teams. The thesis is that improvement in cross-cultural virtual teams’ dynamics is achievable by integrating the concept of managing the cultural differences among cross-cultural teams, finding an alternative solution for solving problems, and incorporating technologies to facilitate virtual communication. Since virtual teams depend on communication technologies, we explore the importance of different methods which help teams communicate appropriately.
