Abstract
The fast pace of globalization in all aspects of economy activities during the last two decades is changing the landscape of man-power distributions in high technology industry on marketing and technology development. In this paper, history of innovation across the world was briefly reviewed and factors impacting the innovation ability of people are discussed based on the culture, civilization level, education system, and management. As a result, a multi-phase task-orientated management model was proposed to maximize the innovation capability of an international engineering team in the highly competitive high-tech industry environment.
