Abstract
The aim of the project is to create a mobile web application which will help homeowners in the Seaside area to convert their property into vacation rental. The process is complex and it includes various steps, our application will simplify the process and help people smoothly navigate through it.
The main objective is to create a mobile web application to help small investors to turn their properties into rentals to increase tourism. The project will start from September 12th, 2016 and completes December 6th, 2016. Additionally, the project will terminate by integration into the overall city website and be successfully maintained by the City of Seaside’s IT website maintenance department.
The goal of the project is to deliver a web based application that will be mobile enabled and provide the information required for a home owner in converting their property into a vacation rental. The new website when launched will provide all the steps required for the conversion process along with additional information needed, including links to third party sites.
