Abstract
Using Watson’s belonging framework and GAISE II data reasoning, this lesson invites students to collect, analyze, and represent personal data. In doing so, they see themselves and their peers reflected in the work, reinforcing their value as active participants in both mathematical thinking and the classroom community.
