Notes
Dinh, a Vietnamese-American diplomat, professor, and author, served in the Vietnamese diplomatic corps for 10 years before serving in the Embassy of Vietnam in Washington, DC from 1961 to 1963. He went on to teach international politics at Temple University in Philadelphia.
