Notes

Purpose: "This measure would authorize the City of Portland to issue serial general obligation bonds not exceeding $9,500,000. The proceeds from the sale of bonds would be used for the repair, renovation, or alteration of the Portland Civic Stadium structure, adjoining sidewalks and concourse areas, seating facilities, lighting and weather protection improvements and renovation of restroom and concession areas."
