The governor's Environmental Task force presents on the relationship between environmental justice and race. Panel discussion facilitated by Avel Gordley from Portland State University; presenters include Robin Collin, professor of law at Willamette University; Mikell O’Mealy, Department of Environmental Quality; and Benjamin Duncan, Multnomah County Department of Health.
Introduction by Ethan Johnson, Associate Professor.
