"Hi! Welcome to Rap-In, where the grass is greener." Hosted by Dennis Shleifer. Interview: Vicki Walmark and Jim Ness on the Earth Day Teach-In. Humor: Bonanza Sale at the Leopold & Loeb Discount Supermarket for Young Radicals. Editorial by Richard Donin on Spiro Agnew and racist "qualifications" for U.S. colleges and universities. Rap: Gary Fouts, Portland "Rent-A-Street" (twelve-hour parking meters). Dan Wolf, Interview: People Against Nerve Gas (PANG). Rap: Leon Brock on student government, voter apathy, and a new student constitution. Somewhat satirical proposal to revise student governance based on factional arguing and voter apathy. Interview: the PSU Art Committee and curation of art displays in Smith Memorial Center and the White Gallery. Mention of Henk Pander's controversial show at the White Gallery and public complaints.
