Description
The data in these files describe child welfare worker performance and feedback on simulated interviews with a parent and child. Data is divided into virtual and in-person interviews to examine the difference in performance and impression of the simulation in each environment. Participants are rated on scales such as "stated reason for contact," and "showed respect," and participants reflect on if the simulations were helpful, clear, and if they felt supported.
