The program for the Portland State University 2013 Commencement ceremonies, held June 13, 2013.

Richard Tapia received an honorary degree and delivered the commencement addresses.

Barbara Ames received an honorary degree during the afternoon ceremony for the College of the Arts, School of Business Administration, Graduate School of Education, Maseeh College of Engineering and Computer Science, School of Social Work, and the College of Urban and Public Affairs.
