Abstract
This thesis is an explorative study of different treatment methods for Music Performance Anxiety (MPA). Five treatments were chosen: Centering, Self-talk and Confidence, Focus and Concentration, Visualization, and Exposure. Treatments were applied to specific pieces in preparation for recital. The goal was to find what treatments may be useful in combating MPA.
