The National Student Parent Success Symposium is the only national conference that promotes the advancement of support services for college and university students who are raising children while completing their education. Services for Students with Children on the beautiful Portland State University campus is proud to host the 2018 NSPSS conference for the first time on the West Coast. The theme of the conference, “Lifting Generations Together,” captures the importance of this conference. When student parents attain degrees, their family and our world is changed for generations. "Lifting Generations Together," brings researchers, faculty, program administrators, policy makers and student parents together to explore the multi-generational benefits and challenges of ensuring student parent success. NSPSS was held in Portland, Oregon, June 18th-20th, 2018.
