Caption: "Vancouver Ave. 1st Baptist Church Musical Department gave a Rainbow Tea last Sunday evening. Their theme was 'God Seals His Covenant with a Rainbow.' Mrs. O.B. Williams is the Dept. president, and Mrs. Martha Warren was Tea Chairman. The Music department was composed of eight choirs; their colors were green and white."
