Description

An evaluation by MPA student consultants at the University of Oregon of how public institutions are implementing three textbook affordability policies:

• HB 2871 (No-cost/Low-cost designation)
• HB 2919 (Dollar cost estimates)
• HB 2213 (Textbook Affordability Plan

This project aims at identifying current successes, challenges, and best practices to further advance textbook affordability efforts.
