Description
This presentation will cover the experiences at Oregon State University and Southern Oregon University regarding administering an online survey to students and faculty on textbook affordability and perceptions on open educational resources. We will discuss the purpose of the surveys, the main takeaways, and lessons learned from the process. We will also describe how the survey results help guide the textbook affordability goals on each campus and how having local data is helpful to gain support from campus administrators and stakeholders.
