Abstract
This collection of personal essays centers themes of relationships, both romantic and familial; bodily disconnection; and religion. Such topics are examined through the lenses of anxiety and intuition, forces which both contradict and complement each other. When You Know: Essays attempts to investigate how to put trust in one’s own body and mind despite disease, disorders, and the unknowable cosmic order.
