Dr. Johnetta Cole was the Director of the Black Studies Program at Washington State University. In her lecture, Dr. Cole called upon Black Americans, particularly Black youth, to adopt a new socio-economic order based upon a Black rather than white racial identity.
Transferred and preserved by Portland State University Library’s Special Collections with the generous support of the Institute of Museum and Library Services through the Library Services and Technology Act, administered by the Oregon State Library.
