Recorded on the occasion of the Vietnam War Moratorium at Portland State University.
Notes
On October 15th, Portland State University participated in the National Moratorium on Vietnam. Over 7,000 protestors, including PSU faculty and students, participated in an anti-war demonstration in Portland.
This series of short addresses were presented by organizers and supporters of the moratorium including representatives from Portland Women for Peace, Black Panther Party, and United Farm Workers; Vietnam veterans and draft counselors against the war; and Dr. Art Pearl from the University of Oregon.
Transferred and preserved by Portland State University Library’s Special Collections with the generous support of the Institute of Museum and Library Services through the Library Services and Technology Act, administered by the Oregon State Library.
