Fred Wilhelms, who lectured as part of a series on secondary education, went on to serve on the Education Commission of the States, which provided educational policy information to assist state leaders in developing educational systems.
In his presentation, Wilhelms discusses ways secondary school educators can promote student success, using the teaching of literature as an example.
