Presentation of the 10th Annual John Cramer annual lectureship presented by the Portland State College School of Education.
Notes
John P. Hanna, a graduate of Stanford Law School, was a practicing attorney in California and the author of Youth and the Law and Teenagers and the Law at the time of this lecture. He was introduced by Mrs. Hanna Nelson, Oregon Teacher of the Year.
Hanna considers the legal rights and roles of students, teachers, administrators, and governments in situations of student activist organization and protest.
