First address to the faculty by incoming PSC President Gregory B. Wolfe.

Notes

Gregory B. Wolfe, who served as a U.S. diplomat during the Kennedy and Johnson administrations, was President of Portland State College/University from 1968 to 1974. This event at the start of the academic year 1968-69 served as his introduction to the college faculty.

Wolfe's address is preceded by announcements of new faculty appointments by academic deans and department heads.
