Dr. Maure Goldschmidt, Professor of Political Science at Reed College, spoke at Portland State as part of the World Affairs Forum. The lecture was introduced by Peter Gantenbein, President of the World Affairs Council of Oregon, and Sumner Sharpe, chairman of the Great Decisions global affairs discussion group at Portland State.
