State Measure #1: "Amends Oregon Constitution. A recall election of a public officer now requires a petition from twenty-five percent of the number of legal voters who voted in the public officer's district at the preceding election for Supreme Court Justice. The measure would reduce the number required to file a petition for recall to fifteen percent. The required percent of electors would be determined based upon the most recent election for Governor."
