Interview with Mitch Rohse by Jim Knight on August 6, 2015. Mitch Rohse was Planning Director of Polk County, served on the staff of the Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development for 20 years between 1980-2000, and worked as a planning consultant for Oregon coastal and rural counties.

Mitch Rohse was Planning Director of Polk County, served on the staff of the Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development for 20 years between 1980-2000, and worked as a planning consultant for Oregon coastal and rural counties. He is the author of Land Use Planning in Oregon.
Jim Knight served 29 years on the staff of the Department of Land Conservation and Development, DLCD.
