Interview with Stephen Kafoury by Dillon Mahmoudi on May 29, 2015. Stephen Kafoury was an Oregon State Representative and served as the Chair of the Joint Committee on Land Use during the adoption of the statewide land use program in the early 1970s.
Biographical
Stephen Kafoury was an Oregon State Representative and served as the Chair of the Joint Committee on Land Use during the adoption of the statewide land use program in the early 1970s. He was also elected to the Oregon Senate, serving from 1977-81, and was the Board Chair of the Oregon League of Conservation Voters.
Dillon Mahmoudi is a Ph.D. student at Portland State's Urban Studies and Planning Program
