Interview with Andy Cotugno by Sy Adler on March 8, 2016. Andy Cotugno served as planning director at Metro from 1980 to 2008 and as the Metro Council's Senior Policy Advisor from 2008 until his retirement in March 2016.
Biographical
Andy Cotugno served as planning director at Metro from 1980 to 2008 and as the Metro Council's Senior Policy Advisor from 2008 until his retirement in March 2016. Large-scale regional transportation and land use projects under his direction included the tri-county light rail system and the 2040 Growth Concept, a vision for long-range urban development in the greater Portland area.
