Biographical
Keith Cubic has served as the Planning Director for Douglas County, Oregon, since 1978. His 45-year career as a planner and administrator in Oregon has included memberships in national professional planning associations, a leadership role in the Association of Oregon County Planning Directors, and teaching at Umpqua Community College.
