Interview with Eldon Hout by Michael Rupp, Jim Knight, and Sy Adler on June 20, 2018. Eldon Hout was Oregon's first ocean program manager and worked with the Ocean Resources Management Task Force.
Biographical
Eldon Hout was Oregon's first ocean program manager and worked with the Ocean Resources Management Task Force. Later he served as Deputy Director of the Department of Land Conservation and Development, as head of the DLCD's Coastal Zone Management Program, and as a Washington County commissioner.
