Interview with Richard Benner by Anthony Lavenda on May 14, 2015. Dick Benner served as Director of the Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development, as staff attorney for 1000 Friends of Oregon, and as the executive director of the Columbia River Gorge Commission.
Biographical
Richard (Dick) Benner served as Director of the Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development, as staff attorney for 1000 Friends of Oregon, and as the executive director of the Columbia River Gorge Commission. Most recently, he was the senior attorney for Metro.
Anthony Lavenda, is a Ph.D. student at Portland State's Urban Studies and Planning Program
