Bill Grile and Phil Quarterman were interviewed by Michael Rupp on August 6, 2021 in Springfield, Oregon.

Biographical

Bill Grile was Director of the Coos County Planning Department in Coquille, Oregon. Phil Quarterman is a wetlands scientist who has worked with the Coos County Planning Department, the Department of Land Conservation and Development, the Oregon Department of Transportation Environmental Section, WH Pacific, and Winterbrook Planning.
