Biographical
Bill Grile was Director of the Coos County Planning Department in Coquille, Oregon. Phil Quarterman is a wetlands scientist who has worked with the Coos County Planning Department, the Department of Land Conservation and Development, the Oregon Department of Transportation Environmental Section, WH Pacific, and Winterbrook Planning.
