Abstract
The changing environment both locally and nationally has heightened the need of nonprofit leadership and organizations to address issues of racial and ethnic disparities with more equitable systems and practice. This article examines the research on nonprofit organizational change through a racial equity lens and looks at implications for nonprofit capacity builders in using this research to create more effective long-term change.
