Biographical
Nicole Hoffmann is originally from Wisconsin. As of 2013, she is a Chef/Food and Garden Educator at Abernathy School in Portland, Oregon. She went to the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. She received her Culinary Diploma from Western Culinary Institute.
