Biographical
Hilary Pfeifer is a working artist and was one of a group of artists who started Art on Alberta in 2000, a nonprofit dedicated to the promotion of "the Alberta Art District's distinct cultural identity through art and educational activities." Between 2005 and 2011 she served on the Board of Art on Alberta, as president, writing grants, and fundraising. She also curated and organized community art shows, and ran the Art Hop Street Festival for two years.
