Abstract
This project researches and recommends alternatives for implementing sustainable development patterns and practices into this largely undeveloped land. The objective of the research is to provide a range of strategies that the City can incorporate into an incentives-based program that facilitates sustainable development. This project was conducted under the supervision of Sy Adler, Deborah Howe, and Connie Ozawa.
