This recording contains the entire inauguration event, including the opening musical performances, legislative roll call, oath-of-office ceremony, and Governor Barbara Roberts' address. Roberts takes the oath of office at 56:41. She was officially inaugurated on the House floor rather than at the podium so that her husband, Frank Roberts, could be at her side. Her address begins at 59:24.
