Abstract
The aim of this eWorkbook is to outline an approach to help organizations embarking on a collaborative initiative with a goal of improving their 3BL performance. The approach is built around a framework called, the Collaboration for Sustainability (C4S) Framework. The C4S framework identifies and creates common building blocks and provides the clarity of vision to all the stakeholders involved at a very early stage, which is critical to the long-tern success of the collaborative initiative. This eWorkbook is a result of research conducted for Project SCALE.
