Article entitled: "Black Family Charges Harassment Forced Move From Beaverton Area Home" with byline Jann Hess. News article about a Black family being harassed by their neighbors until they left their Beaverton, OR home to move back to Washington D.C.

Pictured with article: A woman, possibly Betty Scott, talking with a man in the left of the shot. Edward Scott and his young son and three daughters with curlers in their hair. All standing in front of their home. Additionally, two portraits featuring two women who are neighbors of the family.
