Choreographed by Sarah Slipper and performed by dancers Andrea Parson and Franco Nieto in Portland, Oregon, at the Lincoln Performance Hall at Portland State University.
Sarah Slipper is the founder and artistic director of NW Dance Project. "A Fine Balance" premiered during the project's first year in 2004, was a finalist for the Benois de la Danse award in 2006, and was performed at the Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow as part of the award’s gala celebration.
