Abstract

Mary Muhly, co-chair of the Education, Scholarship, and Service Taskforce, outlines proposed action items in service for a more just and equitable Portland State.

Education, Scholarship and Service Recommendations: eliminate racism from the curriculum include by creating an accountability structure to infuse instruction with equity and cultural responsibility, bringing cultural sustainability and equity into the promotion and tenure process, and encouraging culturally responsive creative work across campus.
